- WPS is committed to providing quality services and safeguarding your personal information, including sensitive data such as medical information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we manage your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

- Medical information is classed as sensitive information. This can include details about an individual’s physical or mental health, medical conditions, treatment, or history.
- Sensitive or medical information will be used by WPS in the following circumstances:
- for the primary purpose for which it was collected, such as managing workplace injury, illness, or disability,
- for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose,
- with your explicit consent, or
- where required or authorised by law.
- Third Parties
- Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances information may be obtained from third parties, such as recruitment agencies or medical providers.
